VIP Design Day Terms & Conditions
1. ‘NM Creates’ and ‘The Designer’ is Nicola McMillan trading as NM Creates.
2. ‘The Client’ is the party making a booking for design related services from NM Creates.
What you can expect from me

To be available from 9am-5pm

To communicate regularly throughout our VIP Day

A additional hour after the VIP Day to complete any last minute amends

14 days of email support
What I expect from you

To supply all the copy & images needed. The pre-work is essential to the success of the VIP day.

To be available on the VIP Day for calls and email responses.
Terms & Conditions

50% of the fee is the non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on completion of the VIP Day.

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book a date. You can reschedule your VIP intensive up to 2 times, within a 90-day period. Rescheduling must happen at least 7 days prior to the VIP intensive.

Unless stated otherwise, the client is entitled to unlimited revisions on the VIP Day. Should the client require more revisions outside of the VIP Day (minus 1 hour) additional fees will occur.

In the event that the client wishes to cancel the VIP Day for any reason, except for unforeseen circumstances, the client will be subject to 20% cancellation fee.

In the unlikely event that NM Creates falls ill or is injured and is unable to complete the work for this reason or any other, including personal, the client is entitled to a full refund. Should this occur prior to the starting date, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. You can also rebook your VIP Day for a future date with no extra charges.

The designer is not responsible for delays in the client’s schedule that are a result of the client’s planning. If work cannot be completed on the VIP Day due to this reason, NM Creates will not be held responsible.

NM Creates does not warrant that any deliverables will be profitable, will result in additional sales or will improve exposure. NM Creates has no responsibility to the client should the deliverables of the project not lead to the client’s desired results.
